From paper to a day

If the paper carries a date, remembering it shouldn't be your job.

Rent, bills, insurance, warranties, passports, vehicle inspections. DueSoon reads the day the document carries and tells you before it arrives. Documents with no price are tracked too.

How it works

Three calm steps. No filing, no spreadsheets.

1

Add a document

Snap a photo or share a PDF — a bill, a policy, a warranty, a contract.

2

DueSoon finds the dates

It reads due dates and amounts. Anything it's unsure about is flagged for you to check.

3

Get reminded in time

Calm reminders before each deadline. You decide when and how often.

What it tracks

Not every deadline has a price.

Some documents ask for money, others only for a day. In some the amount is only known later; in others an amount is visible but nothing is owed. DueSoon knows the difference — and never invents an amount it hasn't read.

Expects an amount

Counted in totals

The document carries an obligation: it has both a day and an amount, and the amount counts towards your totals.

Never has an amount

No amount field

These documents have no amount field at all. There is exactly one job: don't miss the day.

PassportID · 14 Mar 202714 Mar Driving licenceID · 3 Mar 20313 Mar Device warrantyWarranty · 19 Nov 202819 Nov

Money shows, nothing is owed

Never a total

An amount may appear on the document, but there is no debt to settle. Reminders are off by default.

Grocery receiptReceipt · 12 Aug£16.40 Vehicle inspectionContract · 8 Oct8 Oct

A receipt starts no tracking — it attaches to an existing period as that period's document.

THE SAME POLICY, ONE MOMENT LATER

A new period opened and the document hasn't named the amount yet. Not a separate state — the next moment of the same record. Rather than invent one, it asks you.

Electricity billBill · new periodNO AMOUNT YET

Nine of the 31 subtypes are shown here. The rest — residence permits, travel insurance, tuition agreements, vehicle tax — live inside these same three policies; none of them needs a box of its own.

One document, two trackings

One contract, two separate days.

A contract renews on its own day; what you pay under it has another. DueSoon tracks the two separately — either one can exist without the other. And no new payment period opens until the contract itself is confirmed.

Was the contract renewed? The renewal day has passed. No new payment period opens until you answer — we never start the next one silently.

“Ended” offers to close both trackings together — on its own it deletes nothing.

One mechanism, not three: any document that carries a roof day and a payment underneath is tracked this way.

More in the app

More in the app

Not a roadmap. Every line below is in the app today, limits included.

Change Radar

What moved since the previous period: the amount, the due day, the gap. Plus only.

Life objects

Link a document to your car, your home, a device — then narrow the vault by it.

A snooze with a limit

A reminder can be postponed at most twice, and never past the payment day.

17 currencies, never converted

Records in different currencies are never added together — so a total is always a real one.

Hide amounts

One switch, two surfaces: amounts leave notifications and the widget — everywhere visible without unlocking.

Three palettes, light and dark

Automatic follows the phone. The paper tone comes with the palette — it is not a separate setting.
