How it works
Three calm steps. No filing, no spreadsheets.
Add a document
Snap a photo or share a PDF — a bill, a policy, a warranty, a contract.
DueSoon finds the dates
It reads due dates and amounts. Anything it's unsure about is flagged for you to check.
Get reminded in time
Calm reminders before each deadline. You decide when and how often.
What it tracks
Not every deadline has a price.
Some documents ask for money, others only for a day. In some the amount is only known later; in others an amount is visible but nothing is owed. DueSoon knows the difference — and never invents an amount it hasn't read.
Expects an amount
The document carries an obligation: it has both a day and an amount, and the amount counts towards your totals.
Never has an amount
These documents have no amount field at all. There is exactly one job: don't miss the day.
Money shows, nothing is owed
An amount may appear on the document, but there is no debt to settle. Reminders are off by default.
A receipt starts no tracking — it attaches to an existing period as that period's document.
THE SAME POLICY, ONE MOMENT LATER
A new period opened and the document hasn't named the amount yet. Not a separate state — the next moment of the same record. Rather than invent one, it asks you.

One document, two trackings
One contract, two separate days.
A contract renews on its own day; what you pay under it has another. DueSoon tracks the two separately — either one can exist without the other. And no new payment period opens until the contract itself is confirmed.

Warranty ends · 3 Oct 2028
One-off. Reminder: 1 month before.
The device warranty runs two years from delivery: 3 October 2028.
2/2 · 12 INSTALMENTS
20th of the month · £175.00
Monthly · 12 periods. Reminder: 3 days before.
Payable in 12 equal instalments, on the 20th: £175.00.
“Ended” offers to close both trackings together — on its own it deletes nothing.
One mechanism, not three: any document that carries a roof day and a payment underneath is tracked this way.
